Toufic Rifai is an Architect and Urban Planner with a Master’s from Politecnico di Milano. With experience at firms such as Bernard Khoury / DW5, OBR, and Systematica, he has contributed to major masterplans across Europe, the US, and the GCC. Currently collaborates with Lombardini22 in Milan, to the development of a new business unit and manages international projects in architecture and mobility planning, particularly in the MENA region.

He combines strong leadership and management skills with a business-driven mindset, a deep interest in real estate, and a forward-thinking approach to technology and innovation in the built environment.

Toufic also teaches at Politecnico di Milano, collaborating with notable academics like Richard Ingersoll and Pierre-Alain Croset.
A finalist for curating the Lebanese Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale, he explored the theme “How will we live together?”

Fluent in Arabic, English, Italian, and French, he brings cross-cultural agility and strategic communication to every project.
